It is based on trust, respect, acceptance, empathy and confidentiality. A good therapeutic relationship creates a safe space where you feel comfortable to share your deepest thoughts and feelings. The therapeutic alliance is basis for an effective counseling process and positive changes.

About me
I love culture, history and the people around me. I studied art history in Germany and Italy and I lived several years abroad and worked in the field of art. My profound interest in human development, behaviour and communication lead me to study psychology. I have first level competence in cognitive behavioural therapy and systematic family therapy and several further trainings in counseling, crisis intervention and solution-focused brief therapy. I`m interested in modern neurosience and how we can apply the knowldge we gain from the research into everyday life. My main passion lies in trauma-informed somatic psychology and I´m currently in trainig to be a mind-body coach.
I believe that we all can change and that happiness comes from balance within.
My method
Every person is unique, so every approach is uniqe too. Therapy process comes into life in cooperation between you and me. In my sessions I combine the classical therapy methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, systematic family therapy and solution-focused brief therapy with visualization and elements of mindfulness. I will help you to see yourself in another light. You will start to recognize your own dysfunctional thought patterns and self-sabotaging behaviours, but also your innate resources and how to use them. I will create a safe space for you to open up and release your emotions. I will support you and gently guide you through your own uniqe process to yourself. My goal is to show you your own power to heal and your ability to create your own life.
