How can I book the free MEET ME session?
If you would like to meet me before booking the first counseling session, then please fill the “Book a free video call” form and let me briefly know on what subject you would like my help. I will answer you within a few days, so we can plan the first meeting.
How does the first MEET ME session look like?
In the first meeting we get to know eachother. You can tell me about yourself and about the main goal that you would like to reach with the help of the counseling sessions. I will tell you more about my method. Then we decide, if we want to work together. If yes, we will set a therapeutic goal to the whole counseling process and schedule the next meeting.
Can I cancel an appointment, if I can`t make it at the right time?
Please let me know as soon as possible, if you cannot make it at the right time. We will reschedule the appointment.
Is everything I tell you confidential?
Everyting that is shared during our counseling sessions is confidential. There is one exception: if you imminently plan to harm yourself or others, I am obligated to inform the officials.
