Mulle meeldib \u00f5ppida ja pidevalt ennast t\u00e4iendada. Ma olen pikalt elanud Saksamaal ja Itaalias, \u00f5ppinud seal kunstiteadust ja aastaid t\u00f6\u00f6tanud kunstimaastikul. Minu s\u00fcgav huvi inimloomuse, suhtlemise ja k\u00e4itumise vastu viis mind tagasi \u00fclikooli ps\u00fchholoogiat \u00f5ppima. Lisaks \u00fclikooli \u00f5pingutele olen ennast t\u00e4iendanud kognitiiv-k\u00e4itumisteraapia,\u00a0 s\u00fcstemaatilise pereteraapia ja lahenduskeskse l\u00fchiteraapia alal ning l\u00e4binud erinevaid ps\u00fchholoogilise esmaabi, kriisisekkumise ja n\u00f5ustamisalaseid koolitusi. Mind huvitab kaasaegne neuroteadus ja uuringutest saadud teadmiste igap\u00e4evaellu rakendamine, kuid minu s\u00fcda kuulub traumateadlikule somaatilisele ps\u00fchholoogiale. Hetkel t\u00e4iendan ma ennast mind-body coachingu v\u00e4lja\u00f5ppes, mis baseerub kehateadlikul ps\u00fchholoogial.<br \/>\nMa usun, et k\u00f5ik me oleme v\u00f5imelised muutuma. Sa \u00f5pid iseenda d\u00fcsfunktsionaalseid m\u00f5ttemustreid ja ennast takistavaid k\u00e4itumismustreid m\u00e4rkama, kuid mis veel t\u00e4htsam &#8211;\u00a0 sa \u00f5pid ise enda tugevusi hindama ning neid efektiivselt kasutama.
